Aji Charapita Pepper

This bushy plant from northern Peru produces hundreds of hot small round Tepin like peppers. Also known as Charapilla and Yellow Fire, it is also very similar (if not the same as) Cumani and Tettinas de Monk and Yellow Jellybean.
